What makes the khinkali at Kusht special?
They are made by hand every day in our kitchen, following traditional Georgian recipes, with seasoned meat, herbs and spices. Our chef Samvel Hovhannisyan has over 15 years of experience in Caucasian cuisine.

Classic with meat and with cheese, boiled or fried. From 400 ֏.
How do I eat khinkali?
Hot and by hand. Hold it by the knot, take a small bite, drink the broth, then eat the rest. The knot stays on the plate.
Do you have vegetarian and vegan dishes?
Yes. Khinkali with cheese, khachapuri, pumpkin soup, and lobio with walnuts, which is vegan.
