Kusht is more than a restaurant. It is a homecoming. For over 15 years our family was scattered across the world, in Berlin, Krasnodar, Vanadzor and Yerevan. We always held on to one dream: to come back to Armenia, be together again and build something meaningful. Here, in the quiet woods of Jrvezh, that dream found its home.
Chef Samvel Hovhannisyan
The heart of our kitchen is Samvel. Before he became a chef, he was a photographer and a beekeeper. Today he brings the same artistic eye and the same patience to every dish.
He has spent over 15 years mastering Caucasian cuisine, and his khinkali have become a legend wherever he has worked.
