For over 15 years our family lived apart, in Berlin, Krasnodar, Vanadzor and Yerevan. In the quiet woods of Jrvezh we are together again.
The heart of our kitchen is chef Samvel Hovhannisyan. A photographer and beekeeper before he became a chef, with over 15 years of Caucasian cuisine. His khinkali are a legend.
